We proudly serve gardeners across Europe, North America, and most international locations. Certain Asian countries and remote regions are excluded – our checkout system will automatically validate your address during purchase.

We offer a 15-day guarantee on all plants from delivery date. If your plants arrive stressed from their journey, give them time to recover with proper care. If they don’t bounce back, we’ll replace them or issue a refund.

Contact our plant specialists at [email protected] within 15 days of delivery. Please include photos of the plants and your order number. For non-plant items, standard return shipping applies unless the item was defective.

First, don’t worry! Plants are resilient. Follow the care instructions included and give them a few days to recover. If after 5-7 days they show no improvement, contact us with photos and we’ll make it right under our guarantee.
