How do I initiate a return?
Contact our plant specialists at [email protected] within 15 days of delivery. Please include photos of the plants and your order number. For non-plant items, standard return shipping applies unless the item was defective.
My plant arrived damaged – what should I do?
First, don’t worry! Plants are resilient. Follow the care instructions included and give them a few days to recover. If after 5-7 days they show no improvement, contact us with photos and we’ll make it right under our guarantee.
